Recently I moved my 97 year old dad from NJ to SC, where I live. This involved the selling of his home in NJ. Pete was the only realtor that I interviewed by phone and I knew I needn't look any further. He was extremely friendly and well versed in all the goings on in the RE market, as well as our local selling area. He was very reassuring that we would be in good hands with his agency. He explained that he and his wife Ashley, would work together to get us to the finish line. They held my hand and my dad's throughout the entire process. When inspections or appraisals needed to be done, they made sure one of them was there to look after my dad. They were enormously responsive in returning phone calls or responding to texts. They made it clear from the get go, that they were there to help in whatever way possible. I think Pete even helped my dad take stuff out to the trash. They were always respectful, polite and very very supportive throughout. And today, being closing day was no exception.....They certainly earned the title, DYNAMIC DUO! Thanks, once again!!
